This is the season where I have been out partying for the past couple of weeks. I have attended a few Christmas parties and a birthday party too. I bet some of you will be attending a New Year Bash that will be going on forever until early morning the next day. Even if I was not celebrating, long days at work and a few late nights could make the same effects on my face and eyes looking tired and worn out. I hate to drag myself in the morning into the office looking like zombie apocalypse is upon us. Vichy has a great few products that I use to help my skin and eyes looking more alive than dead.

Maybelline is Here For Your Holiday Look ~ #Review #2014ChristmasGiftGuide #Giveaway
I love wearing lip stick since it provides the dark shades that I like. When I was at Shoppers Drug Mart and the Sales Assistance asked me what lip stick I was wearing because she loved what I was wearing. At that time I was wearing Maybelline Colour Sensational #410 Blissful Berry and I love how dark it is. I love the texture of the lip stick and excited that Maybelline expanded their line by adding matte lipstick.
Maybelline Baby Lips Crystal ~ #Review #2014ChristmasGiftGuide
This is the season for lip balms. It is still only December and we have at least 3 more months left of terrible cold weather. In the past I used to have dry lips during the winter but now it is all year round. For a few years, I have fallen in love using Maybelline Baby Lips products. This year, they launched their Baby Lips Crystal which is lip balm with shimmer, the perfect product to wear during the holidays and even all year round.

My Little Pony Equestria Girls: Rainbow Rocks ~ #Review #Giveaway #2014ChristmasGiftGuide
My daughters and I have been watching My LITTLE PONY EQUESTRIA GIRLS: RAINBOW ROCKS multiple of times every since we received the DVD since last month. This movie was a limited edition showing in 400 cinemas across Canada and U.S, You can read my review here. I had the opportunity to receive a copy of My LITTLE PONY EQUESTRIA GIRLS (the first movie). I enjoyed Rainbow Rocks without watching the first movie. However, it is more enjoyable to watch them together. After watching the first movie, I now understand a few comments made in the second.
All I want for Christmas is...Urban Decay ~ #Review #2014ChristmasGiftGuide
I am a huge makeup junkie and if you are shopping for someone like me and have no clue what to get the person for Christmas, remember two words- Urban Decay. Yes, they are the same brand that has the infamous Naked Palette. It is most likely that the person you are shopping for might already have Naked,1, 2, and 3. If not, get it for them, because every makeup junkie should own at least one of the pallets. If they have all three, check out Urban Decay Naked Illuminated Shimmering Powder for face and body.

Give Montagne Jeunesse as Stocking Stuffers ~ #Review #2014ChristmasGiftGuide #Giveaway
Stocking Stuffers are always fun to fill. I like them to contain many little items from Chocolates to gift cards. This year, think of adding face masks into the stockings. I think it would be a fun new tradition to start to do on Christmas Day or Christmas Eve, if your tradition is to open your stockings the day before. Face masks could be both used by men and women, unless the guys in your life won’t touch the stuff, might as well skip their stockings. Check out Montagne Jeunesse collection because they have a huge selection to choose from for any skin types.

I have been an Yves Rocher customer for years. My mom introduced me to their products when I was younger. She loves going into their store and purchasing products for herself and me. There are less than 7 days left until Christmas so don’t forget to pop into Yves Rocher to see what great products they have in store.

Real Techniques for Christmas ~ #Review #2014ChristmasGiftGuide #Giveaway
Last month I was very fortunate to meet the Pixiwoo Sisters, Nic and Sam, during their Road Show. They are two successful makeup artists in London. They started way back in 2008 when they posted their first YouTube makeup tutorial. 6 years later, they have become YouTube sensations with over 1.7 Million subscribers. Back in 2011, they launched their own makeup brush line known as Real Techniques. When I was first introduced them I was amazed how much I loved their brushes. I have tried a few brands but I really love using my Real Technique brushes.

Christmas at The Body Shop ~ #Review #2014ChristmasGiftGuide #Giveaway
I am so behind this year that I am shocked. I did start early by putting a tree up on the first weekend of November but everything else I am so behind on. There are only 12 more days left until Christmas and if you are still shopping, check out The Body Shop. I have been The Body Shop’s customer for years. One birthday, I received nothing but products from The Body Shop. I wouldn’t mind if all my Christmas present were from The Body Shop. This year they have launched so many great gift items.

Garnier Dark Spot Treatment Mask & Hand Cream ~ #Review #2014ChristmasGiftGuide #Giveaway
There are many evil things in the world and one of them is called dark spots. They are one of my worst enemies and one of my main priorities is to prevent them from happening. Sometimes life sucks and they have breached my defences so I need to take some actions to remove them as soon as possible. I hate to look older than I want to so I have been using Garnier dark spot face mask and dark spots hand cream.

More Christmas Ideas at Hallmark ~ #HallmarkPressPause #Review #Giveaway #2014ChristmasGiftGuide
Just when I thought I saw everything at Hallmark for this Christmas, they surprised me with more items. They have so many great gift ideas I would love to share with you. There is something for everyone. I was just at my local Hallmark store the other day and my daughter could not wait to step inside. She went ahead of me and and tried to look at everything at once. The best idea was taking their itty bittys characters and hang them on the Christmas tree. What a brilliant idea! They have so many different itty bittys, from Mickey Mouse to Wizard of Oz. This season they released Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer 50th Anniversary Collector set ($29.95) itty bittys plush and Marvel Superheroes. itty bittys are sold separately for $6.95 each and they are perfect to add with a greeting card or in a holiday stocking stuffers.

Slugterra: Ghoul from Beyond ~ #Giveaway #2014ChristmasGiftGuide
I received a copy of Slugterra: Ghoul from Beyond which is the first Slugterra Movie. I have never heard of the TV show until now. It is a short movie and it is great for all ages. It is an action flick CGI animation movie. This would be a great stocking stuffer or an added bonus to a child's gift haul.
Join the Shane Gang in Slugterra: Ghoul from Beyond, the first feature-length Slugterra adventure! Based on the hit animated television series, Slugterra: Ghoul from Beyond continues the epic sci-fi comedy adventures set deep underground, where the ammo’s alive and only the quick survive! In this luminous, high-tech, underground world, every cavern holds a new adventure, a new battle and weird little slugs to be discovered. Available on DVD June 10th, 2014 from Shout! Factory in collaboration with Nerd Corps Entertainment, this exciting animated movie also includes a bonus ‘slugisode’ and has a suggested retail price of $14.97. Fans can pre-order their copy by visiting
Just when the evil Dr. Blakk has been defeated and it seems like Eli Shane’s duties as protector of Slugterra are getting easier, a new danger emerges from beyond the 99 caverns. Eli and the Shane Gang rush to the rescue, but nothing can prepare them for what they encounter: a slug that can do something no one in Slugterra has ever seen — or heard — a slug do before! Traditional slugslinging no longer applies. Eli will have to engage in a very different kind of duel to save Slugterra…and himself!

Hello Kitty at Sephora ~ #Review #2014ChristmasGiftGuide
I have been a big fan of Hello Kitty since I was young. I loved to visit at my local Japanese store when I was younger to check out Hello Kitty items. I remember seeing things from stuff toys to toasters. Lately when I think of Hello Kitty it reminds me of one of my daughter’s favourite song by Avril Lavigne, Hello Kitty, “Come, come, kitty, kitty, you’re so pretty, pretty. Don’t go kitty, kitty, stay with me. “Both my daughters know who is Hello Kitty and they like anything that has Hello Kitty on it. Can you believe that Hello Kitty turned 40 this year? She was created back in 1974 and became a global icon. If you know any dye hard Hello Kitty fan, I bet they would love the Hello Kitty products from Sephora.

Fall in Love with Hush Puppies ~ #Review #2014ChristmasGiftGuide #Giveaway
I love shoes. If it was possible I would have a room full of nothing but shoes. Something like what Carrie from Sex in the City had. Unfortunately, my feet are very picky of what I can wear. I usually pick shoes that are comfortable at a reasonable price. If I am at a mall, I am always trying out shoes. The two popular types of shoes I love to get are ballet shoes and boots. With our winter so long, I need good quality comfortable boots this year. One brand I always turn to is Hush Puppies because they are known to carry comfortable shoes.

Celebrate Christmas with Kiehl's ~ #Review #2014ChristmasGiftGuide
Not to cause any panic or stress but there are 19 days left until Christmas. Not to worry, there is plenty of time to shop or place orders online to have it deliver on time. Have you come across when you are shopping that you will end up getting something for yourself amd that you end up keeping it instead of giving it? Shhh...I won’t tell. Your secret is safe with me. Sometimes it is best to purchase two of the same item so you can keep one and give one away. Unless you plan to keep both of them, maybe you might need to purchase three of them. Kiehl’s has many great gift sets that would be the perfect Christmas gift that anyone would love this year.
