It has been a few years but I have always wanted a Whiskey Rocks Set.  I always wanted to say "I would like whiskey on the rocks, please" even though I am not a whiskey drinker.  I am more of a vodka person.  Technically it is suppose to be on ice but literally on rocks is much more cooler.  If your dad is a whiskey drinker this is a must have.

When I was younger, Valentines was always a fun and exciting time.  During grade school I recall punching out valentines cards from a book.  I would sign them and hand them out at school.  There will be a box or paper bag on each of our desks and by the end of the day, I would carry a big bag of goodies.  When I was in high school, I would hunt down a simple and affordable Valentine's Day gift and that was usually at Hallmark.  Man, I can't believe I have been going to Hallmark for over 20 years and they still as always have something in store for everyone.

Hallmark Gets Festive with #NoOrdinaryCard Mobile Pop-up #LoveHallmarkCA

The holidays are all about giving, and Hallmark is the perfect companion to help you do just that. Canadians will be tapping into their good nature this coming weekend at the #NoOrdinaryCard mobile pop-up, which is offering free holiday cards to people across the GTA. Hallmark firmly believes that because there are no ordinary people, there should be no ordinary cards. Friday, November 25 until Sunday, November 27, the Hallmark pop-up will be seen sporting bright colours and friendly faces at several core locations in Toronto.

Passersby and friends of Hallmark can come select a free card, handwrite a heartfelt message to a friend or family member, and place it in the #NoOrdinaryCard mailbox, to be sent by Hallmark in time for the holidays. Santa will be joining in on the fun on Saturday from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. for memorable time with the family and cherished photos.

I grew up with one Barbie until my brother and I gotten into a fight and broke her.  Now, my two girls has a bucket full of different Barbies.  I love the message that Barbie is giving to little girls is to be whatever you want to be.  Whether it is a horse back rider, a doctor, or a mom, just choose and be happy and strong.  Hallmark has some fantastic collection of Barbie for all year round.  They are great for all ages.  This collection is a blend of vintage and modern chic and bring a little Barbie back in your life.

If I were to decide if I wanted a handwritten letter or a typed out one, of course I would like a handwritten one.  When a letter or note is handwritten, it makes it so much personal and special.  I was invited to a Hallmark "Behind the Letter" event.  There was a display full of Mother's Day gift ideas.  There were a few items I would love to have on Mother's Day.  Scattered through the room were lovely Mother's Day hallmark cards.  We were able to pick a few and write to our Mothers, Aunts, or Grandmothers.  Hallmark would kindly send them out for us.
