Last year I was fortunate to meet the Pixiwoo Sisters, Nic and Sam, during their Road Show.  They started back in 2008 when they first posted their YouTube video and now have 1,7 Million subscribers.  In 2011, they launched their own infamous Real Techniques makeup brush line.  They are so popular that my co-worker was excited to find them in Walmart.  Once in awhile I see them at Winners.  I use my Real Technique brushes all the time and I keep some in my travel bag.
Just in time for Christmas, Real Techniques launched a new line of brushes called Bold Metals this year.

I don't know about you but I could not get enough make up brushes.  Before I always thought the applicators that came with the cosmetics are fine.  Boy, I was wrong because they are not the ideal tools to use.  I consider them emergency tools.  I have discovered that make up brushes are the way to go.  There are so many of them and I have found another set of brushes that I adore.  I have been using them each morning and it pleases me how well it gives me the look I desire.   Real Technique brushes have become a staple of my morning routine.

Anyone planning a getaway?  A dream vacation?  Seeing the family?  Some kind of a long day trip?  As for me, for any trip or just going to work, I need to bring a few essential brushes when I am out and about.  My criteria is that it has to be small and able to fit into my purse or carrying on (if I was flying out) in case I need some emergency makeup application and don't want to be kept off guard without one.  I just can't believe I have found the perfect brush kit!!
