Tasty New Products from Kellogg's ~ #Review #Giveaway

Can you believe it is 2017?  Usually at the start of the year I like to try something new.  Well, I kinda cheated since I started in December where I was trying different apples instead of my usual Royal Gala and Fuji apples.  I was trying Ambrosia, Red Prince, and Jonagold apples.  I have always loved to try something new.  I wouldn't know if I like it if I haven't tried it yet.  Kellogg's is releasing eight new products this year and I can't wait try them.

I was surprised to find Ketchup flavoured Pringles.  Of course they are the first one for me to start munching on.  Ketchup flavoured chips are one of my favourite chips and now you can get it on Pringles chips.  I guess I never noticed because I usually grab the regular chips.


I enjoy eating All Bran regular cereal but only in my yogurt.   It is no fun eating it on its own.  I love the new All Bran cereal  - Multi Grain Crunch.  It is sweetened with maple and it has some heart shaped cereal pieces that my kids would enjoy eating.  They are fun and taste great.  My kids are not fond with the brown plain all bran so it is harder for them to eat the regular stuff.


I love cereal but my choice of breakfast is usually yogurt with granola.  I found it more filling especially if I add in some fresh fruits too!  Kellogg's released All Bran cranberry almond, Kellogg's nourish popped granola with quinoa with mixed berries, Kellogg's nourish popped granola with quinoa with dark chocolate coconut.  It is hard to choose which is my favourites since they are all pretty taste great in my yogurt.


Food on the go is very important since it is rare that I sit down and have my breakfast on the weekends.  At work, when I am super busy, I don't have time to eat so I heavily rely on snack bars to keep up with my energy.  I love trail mix but they can be a bit messy.  Vector Protein came out with trail mix in a bar which helps keeps my hands clean while I can type while I eat.  Another suggestion you have to try is the  Kellogg's nourish with quinoa in caramel sea salt & mixed nuts or the coconut cashew and dark chocolate chunks.  Great for travel and keep in your purse.  If my kids are crying to tell me that they are hungry, I like to whip out these bars and feed them to tide them over.

Did you know it is going to be the year of the Rooster this Saturday?  According to the Chinese Horoscope (Zodiac) it mentioned that people who are born during the year of the Rooster are typically healthy people.  They are more active and healthy eaters.  I wonder the Rooster beside the Kellogg's logo has any relations to the Rooster in the Chinese Horoscope of staying active and eat healthy.  Did you also know that the number eight is also a Good Luck number?  Food for thought...

    I won a contest with Kellogg's just before Christmas, for Rice Krispies treats for tots. I was so disappointed when it arrived, the Rice Krispies had expired in summer 2016.
