Hallmark has Everything You Need for Mother's Day ~ #Review #LoveHallmarkCA

If I were to decide if I wanted a handwritten letter or a typed out one, of course I would like a handwritten one.  When a letter or note is handwritten, it makes it so much personal and special.  I was invited to a Hallmark "Behind the Letter" event.  There was a display full of Mother's Day gift ideas.  There were a few items I would love to have on Mother's Day.  Scattered through the room were lovely Mother's Day hallmark cards.  We were able to pick a few and write to our Mothers, Aunts, or Grandmothers.  Hallmark would kindly send them out for us.

The guest speaker at the event was Shoana Jensen whom you may seen at CityLine.  She has a bubbly and fun personality.  She kept all her husband's hand written notes.  I do something similar where I kept every card that was written to me.  Then I had my handwriting analyzed by the amazing Elaine Charal.  I also watched her analysed a few of the ladies at the show and she knows so much about our personalities just from our handwriting.  It was fun and we all enjoyed it.

This Mother's Day, try to pick up a card and send your Mother a letter.  As a mother myself, she would definitely enjoy receiving it.  It is most likely that the card and handwritten note would be treasured forever.   These days the card is so elaborate that it also becomes a gift too.

    There definitely is something to be said about an actual REAL card being given and a loving message being hand written that is so much more special than a text/email..

    I love sending letters. I used to send them regularly to my Grandmother before she passed away. I should do it more with my mom and my girls.

    I love getting a real letter or card, it really is much more personal, though I do understand that folks these days are super busy and don't have much free time so often it's an email or message. I love it when my kids call me, seldom though that is due to 4 them living in Europe and Australia - the time differences play havoc with calling.
