My oldest daughter watched The LEGO movie when it was in theaters.  She told me how much she enjoyed the movie.  I was not surprised since others had told me the same thing.  I saw the trailer and knew that it would be enjoyable for the whole family.  My daughter came home yelling "Taco Tuesday".  I have no idea why but I guess I have to watch the movie to find out.  We know that Everything is Awesome!  When the instant family classic, The Lego Movie arrives on Blu-ray June 17th!

Power Rangers Turbo, Volume 1 on DVD April 1, 2014 from Shout! Factory ~ #Review

I used to watch Power Rangers when they first appeared on TV.  Now, 20 years later, I have found out there are many Power Rangers series I had no idea existed.  My daughter has not come across any Power Rangers series she has not liked.  This series is a continuation of Power Rangers Zeo where they continue to fight evil and introduce an all-new team of Rangers.  This DVD was entertaining and fun to watch.

Vichy Capital Soleil SPF 30 Invisible Hydrating Mist ~ #Review

Now that Summer Solstice is almost here, we spend more time outdoors.  My daughter loves to play with her neighbour friends and is always asking to go outside when we just got home.  I make sure she has plenty of sunscreen on since she has fairer skin and just like me, she tans very easily.  Last year I had used Vichy's sunscreen products and I am very excited to try their new invisible mist SPF 30.

For the longest time I had used the brushes that came with the cosmetics which are not the greatest tools to use.  They are usually rough, stiff, and hard to use.  Then I knew I needed to hunt to find the perfect set of brushes.  After a few trials and errors I have fallen in love with Real Techniques brushes.  Real Technique brushes/products are designed by sisters, Sam and Nic Chapman, the stars of the UK’s No. 1 YouTube beauty channel, Pixiwoo.

Ever since I have started noticing a few dark spots on my face,  I never leave the house without any sunscreen on.  I even make sure my girls have some sunscreen before we leave the front door.  My oldest daughter always complains when I put some sunscreen on her.  I need something that would do the job quickly and Kiehl's Activated Sun Protector works amazing.

The Adventures of Chuck & Friends: Top Gear Trucks ~ #Review & #Giveaway

Chuck and his Friends are at it again bringing great entertainment for the little ones.  The girls enjoyed the DVD so much that it was played a few times over the weeks since I received it.  It was fun watching Chuck make mistakes and learn from them or just being a little truck kid.  The whole family would enjoy this DVD because I know we did.

Must have Ombrelle Sunscreen this Summer ~ #Review

I use sunscreen almost every day.  I don't leave the house without it on.   This time of year I go through sunscreen like water.  The girls and I apply it everywhere that is exposed to the sun, even on a cloudy day.  I hate to find out they have gotten sunburned.   Garnier Ombrelle has great sunscreen collection to help me to protect my family.

This is my first time trying Garnier Ombrelle Sunscreen and I am loving it.  The Dry Mist works amazing.  It was easy to use - shake, spray, rub, and go.  It does not have any odors, no greasy feeling or residue.  It absorbs quickly onto my skin so I don't need to wait for it to dry.  I don't have to keep on rubbing like regular sunscreen and sometimes I had to check to see if I have any on since I don't feel it at all.

The extreme lotion works like a dream.  I was non greasy and absorbs in a jiffy.  I am always rushing out of the house with the kids.  I have to apply sunscreen on them in the morning.  Some sunscreens takes forever to rub in.  I will rub and rub and there will be white streak marks.  This sunscreen helped save me time in the morning.  All I need is a minute to rub it in and then we are out the door.

I don't enjoy putting sunscreen on my face because they are usually thick and uncomfortable to wear.  It feels gross when the weather is hot and humid that I feel like I am melting.  Ombrelle ultra-fluid lotion for the face was light and I don't even feel like I have it on.  It was easy to use - shake and apply.  It absorbs quickly, non greasy, and it is perfect for the whole family to use.

I bought my first camera with years of saving Birthday and Christmas money back when I was in highschool.  I have always been behind the camera instead of in front.  I am usually the only one bringing the camera to every event or gathering.  Now, ever since there is a both a back and front camera lens there is a new wave of taking selfies.   The Selfie made it in to the Oxford dictionary in 2013.  With this new technology, the person who is taking the picture should now join the fun.  The Body Shop has created All-in-One InstaBlur, to give you the flawless, photo-perfect looking skin.

The Body Shop Tea Tree Flawless BB Cream ~ #Review

Tea Tree Oil is very useful and I keep a small bottle in the house.  Mostly I have been using it to mix with her shampoo because for some reason it is common to get lice in a school setting.  The other time I may have used it once for acne care.  The Body Shop has a Tea Tree Oil facial care collection to give clearer-healthy looking skin.  They will be adding a BB Cream to the collection this summer.

New Kashi Products & Plant it Forward ~ #Review

Can you believe this but Kashi has been around since 1984.  I had only discover this brand maybe 5 years ago.  I think I recall a commercial of a woman eating cereal called Kashi and that was how I discovered this brand.  I had tried their cereal, snack bars, and crackers in the past.  I am very excited to try their latest products they have launched this year.

Hot Potatoes: The Best of The Wiggles ~ #Review & #Giveaway

When my oldest daughter was little we use to catch "The Wiggles" on TV when I had cable.  She had enjoyed watching them.  Our favourite song was "Fruit Salad", I guess it might be because we have seen it so many times.  I know they are popular since one of my girlfriends mentioned her kids were excited to attend one of their shows.  I think it was sold out too.  They are a very popular Australian children's music group since 1991.  During that time they had band members retire and newbies joining the group which I didnt know until I received this DVD.

Transformers Animated: The Complete Series ~ #Review

My daughter squealed when she saw that I brought home a Transformer's DVD.  The whole family enjoyed watching this DVD.  This gets me all excited with their new movie coming out in this Summer.  This collection does not contain one or two DVDs  but 6, which means hours of keeping the kids entertained.

Checking Out L'Occitane Mer & Mistral ~ #Review

You know how much I love L'Occitane and I am excited to find out their first outlet store in Canada opened at the Outlet Collection at Niagara.  You have no idea how excited I was when I found out.  I was bubbling with excitement.  I had also discovered I was pronouncing L'Occitane incorrectly and I am not the only one.  Here is a short video of how to pronounce it correctly.
