I have been using BB cream since it came out in North America. The first one I did tried was from Garnier. BB cream does not give me full coverage but just enough to hide my imperfections and believe me when I say I have lots of them – pun intended. These past few years I could not leave the house without putting on my BB cream. Taking care of two kids and lack of sleep makes my skin looks horrible and making my dark circles more noticeable. Tea Tree Oil is very useful and I keep a small bottle in the house.  Mostly I have been using it to mix with her shampoo because for some reason it is common to get lice in a school setting.  The other time I may have used it once for acne care.  The Body Shop has a Tea Tree Oil facial care collection to give clearer-healthy looking skin.  They will be adding a BB Cream to the collection this summer.

In case you have not noticed from commercials and magazine ads, one of the hottest new beauty products in Canada since 2012 has been the BB Cream.  If not, check it out, you will not regret it.
One of the popular BB Cream is by Marcelle's, which I have heard great glowing reviews on.

Now, they also released a BB Cream: Golden Glow Illuminator (45ml, $26.95)

This illuminator comes in one universal shade and it contain with golden, light-reflecting pigment that proclaims it "boosts radiance instantly and formulated with powerful antioxidants, aloe, and chamomile".  It is hypo-allergenic, perfume free, and oil free.

This illuminator can be used alone or as a base for your foundation.  It is very light and blends really well on my skin.  I could see a slight shimmer on my skin to make it more brighter and radiant.  Something what every girl needs when going out for a girl's night out or for those mornings from those late night parties.  A great idea I found from Glow was to mix this into your current foundation for more coverage but also give you the illumination on your skin.  It is oil free so it does not make my face greasy or shiny so I could wear this through out the day without having my face feel uncomfortable half way through.  It is a great product.

Garnier BB Cream

Yup, bought myself my first BB Cream.
It is just like a tinted moisturizer, nothing special.
I was already researching BB creams few weeks before all the companies were launching their own version of it.
That was pretty strange.
I only purchase this one because it is the cheapest one when they first came out.
It is OK...
It keeps my skin hydrated but that is about it.
I doubt it really does anything to my face like what the box says.
I am trying to see if it improves my skin after months of using it.
So far I don't see any benefit using this product.
I have been using this product almost everyday for about a month and I dont really see any improvement with or without the product on.
I doubt I would purchase this product again.
This product holds enough that will last me until Thanksgiving.
There is alot of product and you only need a small amount.
I guess that is a good thing.
