Wow, it is March already and before we know it, Spring will finally be here.  This year Easter is early this year.  It is usually in April because I always like to get a day off during tax season.  I remember eons ago, Easter landed on my Birthday.  I was eating chocolate and cake all on the same day.  This Easter, Hallmark has many great products in store to help you celebrate the day.

It felt like Valentines Day was yesterday and now we are preparing for Easter celebrations.  When we are celebrating Easter it also means the weather is getting better and warmer and hopefully we should see tulips in my garden.  It was only a few weeks ago I just noticed I was able to see my lawn.  It was covered with snow most of the winter and the snow has finally melted.  Easter is another fun celebration where families get together to feast and to hunt chocolate eggs.

Happy Easter from Laura Secord ~ Review

You can celebrate Easter with Laura Secord.  Don't forget to check out their infamous Laura Secord cream Eggs which only comes out only for Easter.    Its been a tradition since 1920s, which means over 90 years.  This year, the egg will be sold in a special packaging tin to celebrate Laura Secord's 100 year anniversary.

Did you know you can freeze the egg and then slice it or eat the yellow center first?  What a fantastic idea...
