I hardly leave the house without foundation on. I have been using full coverage foundation for the past 5 years. I have oily skin, large pores, and uneven skin tone. I look terrible without makeup on. In a few weeks I will be finished my current foundation and looking to try a new one. Maybelline Dream Velvet Foundation launched earlier this year and I was surprised how much I love it.
Maybelline Dream Velvet Foundation has a whipped mousse texture. It is very light so I bearly notice it on my face. It is so easy to apply. It just glides on my face. You don't need much. About a pea size could cover most of my face. The best part is that it leaves a matte finish. If you have oily skin like me, you can skip the moisturizer and apply this directly after your primer. It contains 2X water in it so it is hydrating. It is the perfect product if you have dry skin. There are 12 shades available and the Sandy Beige matchs me perfectly. What I also love about Maybelline Dream Velvet Foundation is that it won't break my bank. It retails for $16.99 and I won't be surprise if it goes on sale from time to time at my local drug store. If you are looking for alternative foundation that does not cost you over $70, check out Maybelline Dream Velvet Foundation.
Dream Velvet is the first ever hydrating matte foundation. It's designed to deliever a polished complexion that still looks fresh and natural - sort of like a real - life filter for your face. The gel-whipped formula feels so velvet smooth and sexy. Plus, it hydrates for 12 hours, keeping skin fresh all day. Unlike regular foundations that trap water in powders, Dream Velvet combines velvet-soft pigments with a refreshing gel concentrated with 2X the water. The result: 12 hour hydration and velvety-smooth coverage.
The custom-designed foundation blending sponge helps make smooth, seamless application a breeze. It enhances the look of Dream Velvet by helping to blend around corners and curves, delivering the ultimate smooth, even finish with effortless, fingerless application.

ReplyDeleteI also like this foundation! I have oily and pore-y skin as well, and HAVE to wear foundation to look a bit sensible. When I first started to use this,I made the mistake of squirting too much out,,whoops, you are correct, you do only need a small amount for the entire face!
