L'Occitane Fleurs de Cerisier ~ #Review

Spring is still about 3 months away and I love to repeat Olaf's infamous quote "Let's Bring Back Summer!" because I can't wait for winter to be over.  I will know when Spring has arrived if I was in Japan, or somewhere in High Park where there is tons of Cherry Blossom Trees are.  It is a beautiful sight to see the trees covered in pink and see some of them floating and blowing around in the wind.  I don't need to wait until Spring to enjoy the Cherry blossoms, L'Occitane is releasing a new limited edition collection Fleurs de Cerisier of fragrance and body care products especially for Valentine's Day.

Fleurs de Cerisier celebrates the poetic beauty of the cherry blossom and its delicate, feminine flowers; their rosy whiteness diffuses the sweet scents of frivolity.  The cherry tree is part of the Provencal landscape and is an infinite source of inspiration looking forward to the most special time of year.

I had the opportunity to try the shower milk (250ml, $22) which gently cleans my skin and leaves a fruity flowery scent behind.  It does not lather up as much as I like.  The texture it very creamy and leaves my skin hydrated.  The scent is not strong or over powering.  I love the scent.  It relaxes me and reminds me of a flower shop.  The scent disappears after my shower.  It is gentle on my skin and not abrasive like your normal body wash.  I am not too crazy about the bottle.  It is pretty hard trying to get the shower milk out.  This product line will be in stores, just in time for Valentines Day.   I bet your special someone would love this collection.

    I absolutely love Cherry Blossoms. I have an Asian style cherry blossom inspired bedroom with cherry blossom candles. Now I'd like to smell like cherry blossoms and definitely need to try this!

    I like that the scent is not strong but it can't be difficult to design a functional bottle for the shower
