Lip moisturizer is a necessity during the winter for both male and females.  I hate the feeling of chapped lips.  I carry lip moisturizer in every purse, coat, and even at my desk.  I like to wear it either alone or with a pink/red lipstick.  Whenever I am caught without one, you will see me at my drug store in the lip balm isle at the first available opportunity.  I can't think straight without me applying my lip balm.  Lip moisturizers are great stocking stuffers for either male or female because you will know they are a must needed in the coming months.
