Yves Rocher: Hydra Vegetal ~ #Review

This past summer, Yves Rocher launched Hydra Vegtal collected that is known to quench your skin's thirst.  This line combines Canadian Maple Sap to Blue Agave Sap to provide the skin deep hydration.
Hydra Vegetal

These “moisture capture saps” as we call them, act as a barrier that locks-in moisture deep inside the skin.   It proclaims that it will give you the result that your skin is thoroughly saturated so it receives intense continuous moisture. The new additions include a Moisture Boost Concentrate, which is a serum that is know to boost your skin’s hydration.

I had the pleasure to try a few products from their Hydra Vegetal collection.

Hydrating Micellar Water Face & Eyes (200ml) is to eliminates impurities and makeup as it tones the skin. A light and fresh water specially developed for normal to combination skins that eliminates impurities and makeup in a simple step without drying skin.

Moisture Boost Concentrate (30 ml) revitalizes skin from deep within. Stimulate your skin's hydration from the very first application and deeply revitalize your skin! Proven effectiveness: skins hydration immediately increases by 104 %*. (after 30 minutes on 22 participants).

Fresh Gel Undereye Bags (15ml) fades undereye bags, illuminates the eyes. The secret to brighter eyes! This Fresh Gel Undereye Bags lightens the eyes with his cool texture. It refreshes the eye contour and skin is moisturized. Result: the skin is protected and illuminated.

The Hydrating Day Cream SPF 25 - Normal to Combination Skin is enriched of Moisture Capturing Botanical Saps that have the ability to penetrate all layers of the skin. Result: it leaves the skin visibly plumped, fresh, well protected and radiantly beautiful.

I found it too thick for the summer but perfect for the fall and winter.  My skin is more dry during the fall and winter months and I could just feel my skin feeling more hydrating once I put it on.  This collection are reasonably prices so anyone could purchase a few items from this line.  It has no terrible odor, absorbs quickly, and easily hydrates my skin.  The Hydrating Micella Water Face & Eyes is known to be used as a toner and makeup remover.  I don't know about removing heavy makeup but light application was easily removed.  It left my skin soft and refreshed.  I love how the hydrating day cream has some SPF.  It saves me a step in my chaotic mornings.  This is a great collection for this season.

  4. That does sound great for dry winter skin. And I like the SPF as well...I'm so busy in the mornings that the fewer products the better.

  13. I would love to try the The Hydrating Day Cream SPF 25. In the summer my skin is fairly normal and in winter it can get a bit dry and I love any daily moisturizer that has an SPF, but most are usually only a 15.
