Through my extensive research before cloth diapering, I had heard of Rockin' Green to be the holy grail when using cloth diapers. (There is a reason why they have won many awards.) They have all sorts of soaps to use for different reasons like if you have soft water or hard water or ammonia issues that is hard to get rid of.
I received a package of "Shake it up: Lavender Mint" (8oz, U$6.50) that could be used as pail freshener or you can sprinkle near the kitty litter tray to eliminate those unwanted smells. I think there is more than one way to use this product. Someone has commented before where a previous customer has put some in an old sock and tied it up, and put it in their clothes drawer or hockey equipment bag. Another idea is to sprinkle it at the bottom of your garbage pail or in your regular laundry hamper because diapers are not the only thing that could stink up the house.
I also receive a few samples of the Classic Rock in Lavender Mint Revival, Smashing Watermelon, Bare Naked Babies to wash the diapers. I can see why most diapering parents uses this detergent. It is one of the best ones I have used so far and I have used a few brands over the months. The diapers come out not only fresh and clean but also soft and I didn't even add any fabric softener (which I don't anyways for her diapers). If it did a fantastic job on my dirty diapers you can image what it could do for your clothes. This is a great product and I could see why.
Rockin' Green would like to offer one of my US readers their own full size Shake it Up, pail fresher to try it at home.
This contest will run from June 12th to July 4th, 2013 (midnight EST). Winner, You have 72 hours to reply. You must be 18+ US Only. (So, so sorry, my Canadian followers.) Good Luck!
