Spring is just around the corner and I can't wait to finally put away my winter coat and thick sweaters.  This also means that I can start running again so here are some products I think help me to protect my hair and body during my run.

Having dry skin is the pits and if it starts to flakes and peels, it makes you willing go soak your feet in a tub of hungry Garra rufa fish.  OK, maybe I am not brave enough to dip my feet in dead skin eating fishes.  Our Canadian winter weather makes my skin more dry and dehydrated.  I am lucky that my skin does not look like what is shown on the picture of Flexitol cream box.  That looks uncomfortable and painful.
