As long as I could remember I have always had oily and dehydrated skin.  This summer I spent a great deal of time outside when I go out for my regular run.  This summer has been hotter than I remember.  I know by the number of times I turn on the air conditioner.  After spending hours in the sun, I get easily dehydrated and drinking a cold bottle helps a little but not much for my skin.
