I can't believe September is already here.  In less then 6 days, it is time to roll out the red carpets for one of Toronto's biggest event - Toronto Film Festival.  This year Harbinger, Toronto based PR firm, will be hosting Elevate Lounge to share behind-the-scene beauty tips that will keep you looking and feeling flawless throughout the festival.  During the event, they will be giving away some sweet swag bags from the Sponsors of the event.
