I wear sunscreen all the time.  I am not getting any younger so I want to prevent any sun spots.  In one summer, you won't believe how much sunscreen we go through in this house.  It is funny how back in the 80s, I didn't wear sunscreen at all. But now, that is all I do before my kids and I leave the house.

I am very picky which sunscreen I like to put on my face.  It is amazing how much research has put into developing sunscreen to make it so that it does not feel like you are wearing it at all.  I was surprised how much I like Vichy Idéal Soleil Dry Touch.  When I squeezed it out from the tube, it felt pretty thick but once I applied it on my face it melts it away. It absorbs really fast.  My face does not feel greasy at all.  This sunscreen feels like a combination of a lotion and sunscreen. It is water and sweat proof up to 80 minutes which is a big deal for me.  As a runner, I need to protect my skin and I didn't want the sunscreen to melt away before I finish my run.  It comes in a small tube so it is easy to carry around and apply again after two hours which is recommended.  It is light enough that I could apply this underneath my makeup.  This is a great sunscreen to wear all year round.
