Obsessed with L'Occitane Melting Butter ~ #Review

Seriously, I am obsessed with L'Occitane Melting Butter and you have to try it.  I have pretty much loved everything from L'Occitane.  What can you say.  I am a big fan of their products.

This cream has saved my hands over the months.  They are always so dry that I could see my cuticles peeling.  It comes in a large tin and you can bet I will use every last drop.  It has 70% of Shea Butter which is the most I have seen so far in a hand cream.  I have used 100% Shea Butter and it is hard as a rock.  You have to chip at it with your nails and let it melt with your body heat.  I had no problem getting the cream out of the tin and the texture feels like a mousse dessert.  The cream has been whipped to give you an interesting creamy fluffy texture.

Once you put it on your hands it literally melts into your skin.  It is a bit greasy at first but once you let it dry it will feel less greasy.  I love that I would apply a lot on my hands to create a barrier and whenever I need to wash my hands, I found that my hands stay protected.  Of course,  I will apply some more afterwards.

I tried both the Regular and Jasmine scented Melting Butter.  If you like floral scent, then you might like the Jasmine Melting Butter but I prefer the regular nutty scent since it is my favourite.  Give it a try and it will not disappoint you.

  9. I think that I'd put it on my hands at bedtime and wear cotton gloves to bed, just like I do for my feet.
