Laneige's Two Tone Lipsticks ~ #Review

Ever since I discovered Laneige back in 2015, is when I received Laneige Water Bank Serum in my Voxbox, I have fallen in love with the brand.  It is also the time I was slowly getting hooked on Asian skin care products.  I am glad Laneige are now available in Canada.

I have an addiction with lipsticks and I love to try all of them.  Laneige's Two Tone Lipsticks gives you an sexy pouty look as if you are biting your lips.  The lip stick has two tones and you apply the darker colour on the inner edge and the lighter colour on the outer edge.  Once you apply, you blend it in by pressing your lips together.

I immediately notice how hydrating the lipsticks are, I don't have to apply any gloss or lip balm like I usually do.  It does feel like I am wearing a tinted colour lip balm.  The lipstick is shaped in a rectangle which it makes it changeling applying it on my lips.  It is do able but it would be nice if the lipstick curves abit to fit around the lips.  It works really well if you put foundation around the edge of your lips and a lip primer to prevent it from bleeding.

This is a fun lipstick to play with.  After a few trial and error attempts, I think I got the hang of it.  The key is to press your lips together instead of rubbing.  It makes your lips look very cute and different.  It comes in 8 different shades.  My favourite is the Red Blossom.
