Three, two, one…blast off! LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Toronto announced today it will launch a new out-of-this-world exhibit titled Space Mission this February! Toronto-area families are invited to be among the first to experience this celestial voyage during a grand opening weekend celebration from February 17-18.
Space Mission is an intergalactic building experience where guests explore alien worlds built entirely out of LEGO® bricks. Visitors will be able to build their own spaceship, explore the mission control centre and watch a LEGO® rocket blast off into outer space!
“We’re committed to bringing Toronto families a spectrum of stellar activities in a fun atmosphere,” said Noel Straatsma, Master Model Builder at LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Toronto. “Space Mission will let little earthling’s imaginations takeoff and explore a new world in outer space. We look forward to seeing returning families and new faces for a new adventure in 2018!”
Space Mission will be housed in a rotating exhibit space near LEGO®: Build and Test for a limited time. The exhibit will join LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Toronto’s galaxy of other permanent offerings, such as its 4D Cinema, Kingdom Quest Laser Ride, Merlin’s Apprentice Ride, MINILAND®, the LEGO® Master Builder Academy, LEGO® Ninjago City Adventure and more!
