The Body Shop Amazonian Saviour Multi-Purpose Balm ~ #Review

I love multi-purpose balms.  They are a saviour on both my daughter's and my dry skin.  Every day I wash my hands so often it gets so dry.  The Body Shop Amazonian Saviour Multi-Purpose Balm feels like a giant tub of hardened Vaseline.  I could apply a thin coat on my hands and immediately my hands do not scream from discomfort.  This balm is also great for people with tattoos.  I don't have one so I have no way of testing it.

The Body Shop Amazonian Saviour Multi-Purpose Balm ~ #Review

At first when I apply it on my hands it feels a bit greasy.  After I let it absorb on my skin it leaves a dry finish.  It has no scent and it leaves my hands feeling hydrated even after I wash my hands.   Of course I would still apply more balm but at least it does not feel uncomfortable every time I wash my hands.  This product is great all year round but perfect during the fall and winter season.

The Body Shop Amazonian Saviour Multi-Purpose Balm is 100% Vegetarian.  Formulated without silicone, colourants, mineral oil, paraffin or fragrance.  Suitable for sensitive skin.

Each sale of The Body Shop Amazonian Saviour Multi-Purpose Balm ($15) will help to build bio-bridges and protect endangered species.  Not only that, it will also make a great impact on supporting the local communities that help source naturally-inspired ingredients.

Organic Babassu Oil from Maranhao, Brizil is just one of the community trade ingredients used to enrich  Amazonian Saviour Multi-Purpose Balm.

Tattoo artist Saira Hunjan has exclusively designed a unique label for the Amazonian Saviour Multi-Purpose Balm packaging.  Saira is one of the UK's top reowned tattoo artists.  Her impressive tattoo client list includes many A-listers and she is in high demand all over the world for her artistry.

  1. This sounds like it could be something for me, I suffer from dry skin on my heels, elbows and fingers in winter which sometimes cracks and can be very painful.
