Beauty Essentials for This Fall ~ #Review #Giveaway

I can't believe Fall is here and the weather is changing so fast.  I am putting off turning on my furnace as much as possible before resistance is futile.  It is not even Halloween yet and a few stores already have their Christmas display out.  Here are my must haves I think are essential for this time of year.

In my books, I think cleansing wipes are the best beauty invention.  I use them almost everyday and sometimes even twice a day.  Simple Micellar Makeup Remover Wipes are one of my favourite wipes to have around the house.  I keep a pack sitting on the coffee table so when I get home from work, I am very eager to wipe away my 10 hours makeup.  It is great for sensitive skin and one sheet is enough for my whole face.  Immediately I notice my face feeling clean and fresh.  It is only a temporary solution until I can go wash my face.  I could be starting dinner, and while I am waiting for the water to boil, I will be using Simple Micellar Makeup Remover Wipes to clean my face.

There is some spots like the corner of my eyes that I can't reach with my wipes so I use Q-Tips all the time.  Especially when I using heavy eye liner and I need to pay special attention to try to remove it.  I would dip my Q-Tip in a makeup removing solution and go along the rim of my eyes.  There are so many other uses you can use with Q-Tips like blending eye shadow, remove mascara smudges, and remove nail polish.


Ever since I have switched to Dove Dry Spray Anti-Perspirant I fell in love immediately.    I love how it feels on my skin when I use it.  A quick shake and a spray so I would prevent embarrassing myself with bad BO.  I don't think it last for 48 hours and I won't be able to know since I shower every day.  I know it works at least 10 hours, the time I put it on in the morning and when I get home from work.  This would be great item to have when you are on your camping trip or on a long road trip.

When the weather is getting colder, it is almost time to turn on the furnace.  When the furnace is on, the air gets so dry it would dry out my skin.  This Dove Dry Oil Moisture Nourishing Body Wash would make my skin less irritated and dry.  I love it sweet nutty scent.  It reminds me of my favourite Dove Pure Care Dry Oil.  After my shower, my skin feels clean and fresh and I would highly recommend it during the Fall and Winter season.

Do you recall that I mentioned if I don't use hydrating hair products my hair feels like straws.  I enjoyed using Dove Quench Absolute Shampoo & Conditioner.  It is great for dry, curly, and wavy hair.   Both of them reminds me of the same sweet nutty scent I noticed in Dove Dry Oil Moisture Nourishing Body Wash.  It makes my hair feels clean and silky smooth.


To keep my hair hydrated I like to use Tresemme Beauty-Full Volume.  It has a gel light texture that it reminds me of a serum.  It has a nice pleasant scent.  A little goes a long way.  It is best to use it on wet damp hair after my shower.  I love how my hair feels silky smooth.
