I love it when summer is here because it means I get to play with fun new beauty products.  QUO has some summer limited edition fun products you might like to try.

I love lip products - from lip sticks to lip balms.  I was very excited to try one of QUO Lip Oil ($12).  It comes in two shades - Set Sail and 40 Knots.  I tried the Set Sail and I love it.  It has the same texture as a lip gloss.  It suppose to make your lips shine than glossy.  If you want something that is hydrating and not sticky than lip oil is the perfect lip buddy you can have.  I like to wear it alone but you can apply it on top of your lip stick to add the extra hydrating boost.  It is a great product to wear all day and all year round.  It is also one of the afford lip oils because I seen brands charging twice as much.

QUO also released some beautiful eyeshadow palettes.  I love palettes since I can mix and match on my mood and the time of day.  During the day I like to wear something light but at night, I like to wear a bit on the darker side.  QUO has 3 different palettes - Lost at Sea, Sea Sun Sand, and High Tide.  I got to play around with the Lost at Sea and Sea Sun Sand Palettes.  I am more of an earth tone person.  It is not very often I used blue tones but the Lost at Sea does have some pretty shades in the palette.  I never use the sponges that comes with the palettes.  It is best to use some good brushes while applying eyeshadow.    The earth tone works well with my Asian skin tone.  QUO summer palettes are affordable and each comes with 8 shades.   I enjoy mixing and applying QUO new palettes and it is perfect makeup to have for this summer.
