My NeoStrata Acne Skin Care Routine ~ #Review #Giveaway

I've had acne since I was in Grade 3.  It has been only the past few years it has been manageable.  However, there is always time that I would break out.  I blame it on all that stress.  I was fortunate to receive the NeoStrata acne skin care products line to help me battle my acne problem.

I have to admit that this is my first time trying NeoStrata products.  My daily regimen was to wash my face with their Oil Free Gel Cleanser, then wipe with a cotton pad soaked with Acne Clear, follow with Clarifying lotion and Oil Free Matifying Fluid.   Approximately, my acne was gone within 4 days.  Yes, I was so lucky to receive these products when I needed it.  If I don't treat it, my acne would stay for at least a week or so!  I noticed when I am this old, they are more annoying, painful, and takes forever to heal.

The Gel Cleanser is gentle and it does not zap up all the moisture in my face.  It is gentle cleanser and makes my skin feeling refreshed and clean. It is not a soap so it would suds up.  It contains glycolic acid which is a chemical peel so take your time washing your face to let the acid do its thing. The Acne Clear is like a toner.  It contains 2% salicylic acid which helps battle those annoying acne.  It also helps wipe away any reminding residue or makeup on my face.

The Clarifying Lotion has a light texture and has no bad odor.  This lotion does help speed up the healing process of my troublesome acne prone skin.   Lastly, I would use the Oil Free Matifying Fluid to help keep my oily skin more manageable.  This product is awesome and it actually works.  My face gets oily within 3-4 hours.  By the afternoon, I am so shiny that it looks like I am sweating.  The matifying fluid helps delay my skin from looking shiny.  This is not a cure but something to help me reduce the excess oil produced on my skin.  It has a light texture, absorbs fast, non greasy, and drys matte.   I like to apply it every morning underneath my makeup.  All these four products has helped me manage my acne prone skin.
