The Body Shop: Oils of Life Intensely Revitalising Sleeping Cream

Check out the newest member of The Body Shop Oils of Life collection: the Intensely Revitalising Sleeping Cream.  The first thing I noticed was the strong spicy scent.  I could smell the combination of the black cumin oil and rosemary leaf oil.  It has a light gel texture and absorbs quickly.

After I apply the sleeping cream I hardly noticed the scent.  All I need is a few dabble and it is enough for my whole face.   It leaves my skin soft and matte dry, not greasy.  I really want to like this product but it is not right for my skin.   I could feel a odd tingling sensation on my cheeks and it goes away after awhile.  I don't think it would be for sensitive skin.  I don't have sensitive skin but this product gave me a slight irritation and it did went away.

3 precious revitalizing seed oil selected from 3 continents:
  • Black cumin oil from Egypt, known for its concentration in antioxidants
  • Rosehip oil from Chile, rich in repairing Omega 3 and 6
  • Camellia oil from China, naturally rich in nutritive oleic acid.
Infusing with 7 powerful essential oils - Lavender Oil, Rosemary Leaf Oil, Geranium Oil, Orange Peel Oil, Lavadine Oil, Marjoram Leaf Oil, Roman Camomile Oil.

The Body Shop: Oils of Life Intensely Revitalising Sleeping Cream will be available in stores and online March 14, 2016

  3. Thanks for the warning about the tingling. So far I've never reacted to anything from the Body Shop so I am hopeful but it is a necessary pointer for those with sensitive skin.

  6. The scent sounds lovely - but I do sometimes have sensitive skin. I wonder if they have a sampler size!
