The Body Shop: Drops of Youth Bouncy Sleeping Mask ~ #Review

I can’t believe how crazy this winter has been on my skin. I can’t wait for Winter to be official over. My skin has been dehydrated and don’t be surprised to find out this year I have finished a few tubes/bottles to keep my skin healthy. The past few evenings I have been dipping my face into The Body Shop: Drops of Youth Bouncy Sleeping Mask.

The Body Shop: Drops of Youth Bouncy Sleeping Mask

I hate how my skin feels when I wake up in the morning. I feel like all the moisture in my body has been zapped out. I blame it on winter and my furnace. I already like to use the Drops of Youth Concentrate Serum and the Drops of Youth Eye Concentrate. It was not a surprise I would also enjoy using The Body Shop: Drops of Youth Bouncy Sleeping Mask almost every night. When combining all three Drops of Youth products, it provides me the perfect night regimen.

The Bouncy Sleeping Mask looks like a memory form pillow. I push the mask in the jar to make an indent and then when I let go, it would recover itself, hence bounce back.  It is easiest to use the little spoon that it comes with to scoop out the mask. After awhile, the blob would adjust itself and it would look like I had never used it. It has a light gel texture and my skin quickly absorbs the mask. If I apply a very thin layer, it does not feel greasy and almost a matte dry finish. It does not feel like I am wearing a mask and my skin feels pleasant especially in the mornings when my face does not feel dry. My skin feels hydrated and smoother after the first night using it.

Sleeping masks are the latest innovation from Asia, known to be skincare trendsetters. These overnight treatments are the next generation night cream. The Drops of Youth Bouncy Sleeping Mask is packed with potent ingredients to help rejuvenate skin during the “fixing, fighting and firming” process.

The Body Shop: Drops of Youth Bouncy Sleeping Mask (90ml, $30) is available in-stores and online.
