Aveeno #FreshEssentials ~#Review

I have been an Aveeno hand cream user for years.  It had always been my go to hand lotion brand.  I even used the lotions on my two daughters.  I use them so much that I purchase the mega size lotion bottles at Costco because that is how often we use them.  I didn't realized that they also have facial care line and I had the opportunitity to try their #freshessentials collection that I think everyone should try.

It is unfortunate that we are still in the middle of winter and my skin has become dry, itchy and my poor nose is feeling a little raw because I have the sniffles.  I was blown away to know how much I love the Aveeno #FreshEssentials collection.  I love products that are oil-free because my skin is oily enough.  I enjoy using the Daily Exfoliating Scrub,  It is a very gentle scrub and my skin feels great after using it.  It is so gentle that I could use it every day.

The Day Cream is perfect for my skin.  It is light weight and it contains SPF30 to protect my skin from those terrible UVA/UVB rays.  I love that it contains SPF30 because it means I need one less product to apply every morning.  It absorbs quickly and leaves it hydrated.

The Night Cream is also very hydrating.  I love using this on my sore nose.  It is a thicker texture than the Day Cream.  It does have a slight greasy texture after applying.  I don't mind it since my skin is so dry this time of the year.  I don't think I would use this during the summer.  I love to apply this cream on every night to protect my skin from drying out at night.  My furnace makes my skin really dry and I need strong hydrating product that lasts all night long.

I really love the scent in this collection.  The ACTIVE NATURALS southernwood extract leaves a hint of sweet sandlewood scent. It is great scent and it disappears once I have apply it on my skin.
