L'Occitane Hydra Vital Gel ~ #Review

The summer is now in full swing since school was out.  I am so happy that there have been only a few days where it was really hot and humid.  Luckily it cools down at night so the house is at the perfect temperature.  One would assume my skin wouldn't be dehydrated as much as it is during the winter but alas, my skin has its mind of its own and stays dehydrated regardless of the season.  It is not as severe but I still need something that is not too thick but light enough that relaxes my skin.  Any heavy cream apply during the summer would just melt my makeup right off and would feel gross.  Gel is usually the best option so I tried L'Occitane Hydra Vital Gel during the summer to hydrate my skin.

The gel is very light so it is perfect to wear during the day.  I love the gel texture and it is perfect for summer.  The gel does melt into my skin so fast that I could start applying my makeup right away.  I love the mint scent, it was very relaxing, which reminds me of Starbuck's yummy mint  green tea.  Once it is absorbs onto my face the scent disappears.  My face does feel hydrated that lasts me all day.  Immediately after first use my skin feels hydrated and smooth.   I also enjoy putting it on at night, just before I go to sleep.  My face stays hydrated so my skin feel refreshed and healthy to help me start my day.
