After another blizzard and temperature dipping below and beyond my comfort zone last week I was worried Spring was not coming. Luckily, the day I was invited to see the pre-screening of Muppet's Most Wanted, the weather turned out a lot better - the snow was melting!
This pre-screening was hosted by Subway Restaurant and the movie started during the wee hours in the morning. Ok, it started around close to 10am. I grew up watching the Muppets and watching this movie helped me introduce some of the main characters (Kermit, Ms. Piggy, Fozzy, and Animal) which my daughters never seen before. She may have seen a bit here and there when I played a few You Tube videos a few years ago.
Like any Muppet's movie you may remember a lot of singing and cameo appearances. This movie is their 11th movie and is a "continuation" of their 2011 movie. My daughters and I enjoyed the movie and at the end the girls received a collectible Subway Restaurant Muppets Most Wanted Bag which anyone could get with every Kid' Paks ordered from Subway. Guess what we did after the movie? A trip to Subway Restaurant for lunch. Delish!
Muppets Most Wanted will be in theater starting March 21, 2014. Check it out and have fun!
