Happy New Year! Yes, I have set myself another goal until the summer months. To follow up on my last post about using PGX during last summer and setting my goal for shedding the first 10 lbs which I did accomplished by the end of September. It was a slow start due to timing but I kept at it and manage to run/jog 5K. PGX only assisted me to loose the extra weight but the rest was my dedication of running each week at least 3X and no late night snacks. My daughters goes to bed around 8am so we all brush my teeth including myself so I won't eat after 8pm until the next morning. This prevents me from eating at 10 or 11 before I hit the sack.
In the morning, I would have my two small container of yogurts which I would mix in cereal or granola with the PGX Daily Granules. They look like small seeds where you mix in your drink or food. I prefer mixing it in my yogurt because the granules sticks less between my teeth. After the meal I had to floss my teeth regardless how well I mix my granules. I bet my dentist will be proud of me. For lunch, I would usually have a salad or sandwich and I would pop in a pill before or after the meal. In late afternoon I will make my shake before I go for my run. I hate to feel hungry during my run because I could never do a good job reaching my KM goal for that week. In the evening I would pop another pill with my dinner. During the day I will also squeeze in an apple or two and drink tons of water because is the key ingredient to make PGX to work.
Now it is the middle of Winter I really can't do anything since I don't have a gym membership but once Spring hits I will be going back to running again. Most likely taking my PGX along for the ride. I am hoping to loose more this coming Summer and not gained much from eating too much during the holidays and because of not exercising. Maybe one of these days I might reach my 10K goal and wearing a size or two down. Wishing you a goal achieving year.
PGX are available at major store chains like Shoppers Drug Mart, Pharma Plus, Natural/Health Food Stores, Walmart and online stores like well.ca and amazon.ca just to name a few.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the update! I bought PGX recently but have yet to start it. Maybe now is the time!
ReplyDeleteSounds very healthy!
ReplyDeleteI do hope you achieve your goals. You must be a very determined person to be able to avoid snacks after 8pm, I know I can't :-)
