NuTerra Granola cereal ~ #Review & #Giveaway

I am a big cereal eater and you could ask my colleagues at work.  I have at least a few cereal boxes on my desk at a time.  I am always eating them in the morning with milk or yogurt.  Sure they joke around about my collection but it saves me time in the morning and it is much cheaper than running downstairs to the convenience store and spending over a dollar for one of the over priced individual cereal boxes.  One of my favourite cereals to eat with my yogurt is granola type cereal and I believe I have found my favourite one yet!




NuTerra Granola cereal is by the same makers of the popular YogActive cereal.  When I first pour the cereal, big yummy chunky came pouring out the box.  I had the opportunity to try both the Raisin & Nuts and the Dark Chocolate & Hazelnuts NuTerra Granola cereal.  They were both equally tasty.  I love the sweet and nutty taste and both of these cereals taste amazing.  I would consider this a "solid" cereal.  All I need to eat is a small bowl and I am already full.  They don't skimp on the nuts or the hazelnuts because there were plenty in my bowl.  I remember as a child, there was a particular cereal that had these mini marshmallows in it, but there were so few of it, I wonder why they even bothered.

The NuTerra Granola cereal is different than most cereal in stores because it focused that this is a "Fairtrade" product.  The Raisin & Nuts contains 42% of Fairtrade ingredients and the Dark Chocolate & Hazelnuts contains 37%.  Fairtrade means the suppliers (farmers & artisians) where the ingredients/products are coming from are getting the proper pay for their workmanship.  It also means the products are known for the higher quality than others.
