You are my candy girl, and you got me wanting you....
First came the Chocomania now The Body Shop will launch a new line called Honeymania in stores and online on October 7, 2013.
This new collection "is enriched with wild honey goodness for skin that feels as nourished and fragrant as if it had been dipped in honey itself."
This collection consist of: Lip Balm ($6), Soap ($4), Shower Gel ($8), Body Butter ($20), Body Scrub ($20), Bubble Bath Melt ($12), and Eau de Toilette ($14).
The Community Fair Trade honey comes from Ethiopian rainforest which is organically hand-harvested from only the ripest honeycombs.
I had the pleasure to test the Bubble Bath Melt and the Honey Eau de Toilette from the Honeymania collection. When I say it smells like honey I am not kidding. You smell like the sweet nectar from the honeycomb - literally. When I spray the Honey Eau de Toilette on my wrist, I had to fight the urge not to lick my wrist. I smell so sweet and delicious. The Bubble Bath Melt looks like a little pot of honey and the mixture could be easily be mistaken for honey. I could imagine Winnie the Pooh diving in honey scented bubble bath. After my bath, my body is soft and smells with a hint of honey. The scent of honey brings back childhood memories when I used to substitute sugar with honey in my tea or a couple of years ago I had the pleasure of eating a piece of honeycomb.
If you love honey, you don't want to miss Body Shop's Honeymania. Once again The Body Shop will launch a new collection that "have me wanting you" and I can't wait to see what their next "mania" will be...Coconutmania or maybe Pomegranatemania???
