Vichy also launched two new products just in time for the holidays. In October, Vichy released their cleansing wipes. You know how much I love cleaning wipes. They are so handy and great to carry around when you need it like an emergency makeup removal. Vichy Purete Theramale is a 3-in-1 wipe can cleanse, remove waterproof makeup, and soothes skin. There is no need to rinse. I think it is a great quick temporary solution to wipe off your makeup. It is soft and one sheet is enough to wipe off my day old makeup. It makes my skin feel refreshed and I would love to see this in my stockings.
Everyone should think about applying products containing Vitamin C on their skin because it is known to be one of the best antioxidant and anti-aging agents available. We all know what happens when we leave a sliced apple sitting on the counter. It would turn brown because it is how the enzymes in the apple react to the oxygen in the air. To stop the oxidation, we add lemon juice, basically we slow down the apple from "aging". Imagine our skin is like the cut up apple, we are aging when we are exposed to the harmful environment, especially since I live in the city. Unfortunately we haven't come across the fountain of youth so Vitamin C will have to do.
The Vichy LIFTACTIV Vitamin C Brightening Skin Corrector comes in a 10ml eye dropper bottle. It contains an amazing 15% of Vitamin C ingredient. You will apply 5-6 drops on clean dry face. You have to work fast because it absorbs very quickly. Avoid the eyes area. You can only use this once per day. After the first few days my skin does feel abit smoother. After 10 days I should see my skin brighten, skin feels tighter, and complexion looks more even.
Vichy products are available in drug stores and Vichy.ca.
