A few of the houses in my neighbourhood have already been decked out with Halloween decorations.  There is one house that made their front lawn like a spooky grave yard.  In a few weeks kids will start knocking on your door.  When I had my first daughter, I was able to control how much chocolate and candies she can eat.  I hide it as much as I can from her.  When she went out for trick of treating, I would hide most of it from her.  She wouldn't remember how much she collected during that night.   I didn't think giving a 1.5 - 2 year old candy bars was a good idea.
