Testing Rodial Makeup ~ #Review

Testing Rodial Makeup ~ #ReviewThere is a makeup line that I was very excited to try.  I have seen Rodial skincare line whenever I am at Shoppers Drug Mart and I had no clue they had their own makeup line.

At that time I was looking for a new foundation.  The current one that I was using didn't really give me coverage like I wanted it to.  I wanted to hide all my annoying imperfections.  One time I switched to something to a heavy coverage and it gave me a slight allergic reaction.  I was itching all over and normally that never happens to me.  I didn't react to Rodial foundation so that is a big plus for me.  Even if I don't use Rodial foundation for my whole face it can act like a great concealer. It comes in a jar and I found it has a thicker texture.  A little bit oilier than my other foundations too.

I am very picky about which mascara I like to use since my eyes are so sensitive.  I really love the mascara brush that actually looks like a brush.  This brush did not miss any of my eyelashes and it applied evenly.  My eyes didn't feel itchy after applying it too!

I love lip pencils since I find it I have a better control when I am applying it on my lips.  If you like nude colour then you will like Rodial Suede lips since it matches my lip colour and looks like I am not wearing any lipstick.

I love this Rodial compact highlighter.  I never had one that comes with a mirror.  There are so many spots on your face you could apply highlighter like the bridge of your nose, cheekbone and inner corners of your eyes.  I have even seen it apply on your cupid's bow - which is the dip on your top upper lip.  My favourite spot to apply my highlighter is on my collar bone.

Rodial is only available at Murale.

  4. I wonder why Shoppers doesn't carry the make-up, if they carry their skin care you'd think they'd have the make-up too.

That sounds good for me - my skin is pretty dry so a bit of oil is actually good for me. Did it have much scent?
