My poor little girl has eczema.  She had it since she was two.  When it comes, it gets really bad and it takes awhile for her skin to get back to normal.  There are two things that I have discovered that will help prevent any flair ups.  I moisturize her skin within three minutes after her shower and I don't use soap when I wash her.  Her skin is already dry and soap makes it even worst.  So I have been using soap free wash like Happy Little Bodies Eczema Body Wash & Shampoo.  It is like a gel.  So gentle that it feels like you are using thicken water to wash her body.  I like that this can also be used as a shampoo.  This gel won't dry out her skin so her eczema won't flare up.
