It has been awhile since I reviewed L'Occitane Pivoine Sublime products. The last time was when they launched their tinted lip balms with 25 SPF. This month, L'Occitane will release Peony Perfecting Toner.
I use toners all the time after I wash my face and before I put on serums and lotions. I love the Peony Perfecting Toner. It has a pretty light floral scent. It freshens my face every time I use it. It is gentle on my skin and it does not burn like some toners.
I would pair it up with Peony Skin Perfector. This is has a stronger scent than the toner but none the less it smells wonderful. It is also gentle on my skin, non greasy, absorbs fast, and makes my skin feels wonderful. It makes my skin super soft and silky, almost like a primer. I love to wear this underneath my makeup and it is perfect for summer.
During the day if my face feels it needs a little boost of hydration, I use the Peony Perfecting Mist. At the office where I work always makes me feel dry and dehydrated. A quick spray of this helps me feeling a little less blah. It is hard to tell if my pores appears less visible after using Pivoine Sublime products for a few weeks. I do enjoy adding L'Occitane Peony Perfecting Toner to my daily skin care routine.
The Peony Perfecting Toner is the newest addition to L’Occitane En Provence’s hydrating Peony Collection, which currently includes a perfecting cream, serum, CC cream and perfecting mist.
The new toner completes the cleansing process and helps to moisturize and delicately refresh the skin. Enriched with a skin-perfecting Peony extract, it helps to soften and tone, revealing all the radiance of a perfect-looking complexion. After use, the skin’s texture seems smoother, pores appear less visible and the face is prepped for the next steps in the skincare ritual.
