Every birthday that goes by I am always scanning my face and hair to see any new signs of aging. I already have a few white hairs but that could be easily dyed. However, I have noticed my laugh line is slightly showing more than before. Eek! Luckily I have been using anti-wrinkle cream for the past few years so it could be alot worse. One product I enjoy using is the Nivea Q10 plus Anti-Wrinkle collection: the Serum pearls, day care, and night care.

In the past, I had always used Nivea on my body but it has been recently I have been using their facial care. I can’t believe how much I enjoyed using the serum pearls. There are a bunch of yellow pearls in moisturizing gel in the bottle that every time I pump it out, it breaks the pearl down into a serum.

In this way, the serum’s anti-wrinkle power is freshly activated right before every use. The silky texture of the serum provides an especially smooth and pleasant feeling on the skin and is the perfect base for a day or night cream. It has a light creamy texture, not watery. It absorbs quickly and leaving my skin soft with a matte finish. There is no greasiness or residue. The texture of this serum is more of a cream than a gel.

There is hardly any difference between the Day and Night cream. The texture is almost the same. The Day cream has a slightly lighter texture. The Night cream is thick so it is perfect to keep the skin hydrated for 7-8 hours while you sleep especially during the winter. Both creams quickly absorbs on my face, making my skin smoother and hydrated all day long. The Day cream is thicker than I normally use. It contains no SPF so the cream will last longer and is perfect for people who are allergic to products with SPF. My co-worker’s skin is so sensitive could only wear specific sunscreens so she avoids any products with SPF. This product would be ideal for her.

I had always noticed that Nivea have a distinct cream scent and the night cream has that same scent. The serum and the day cream have a slight sweeter cream scent. The scent is hardly noticeable. It goes away once it is applied on the face. After wearing the Nivea Q10 plus collection it is hard to tell that my wrinkles have been reduced. Only time could tell if my laugh lines reduces after a few months using it.
