Clarins Carries Fantastic Lipsticks ~ #Review

There are times when I don't have time to put a lick of makeup on because I'm either running a bit behind or just don't have the energy to apply any, but the one thing I always have time for is lipstick.  Lipsticks are so easy to apply when I am on the go and I always carry one in my bag. I am also applying it in the bathrooms, bus, subways, and even in the elevators.  I especially like lipsticks that are creamy and have moisturizing ingredients.  Lately I have come to love Clarins lipsticks and have been wearing them often this season.

Recently I had the pleasure to try a few Clarins lipsticks and they are my first Clarins products.  Yes, I agree.  I have no idea why I have not yet tried any of their products.  I have heard so many great reviews on their products and I am just getting on the bandwagon.

Clarins Joli Rouge ($27, 3.5g) collection has a number of great shades and it proclaims long lasting moisturizing wear.  The lipsticks has a hint of fruity and floral scent.  I love scented lipsticks and I was sniffing them like those scented markers back when I was in school because they were so addictive.   The lipsticks were creamy and they easily hydrated my lips once I apply it on.   The colours I received are also lovely.  It has a slight simmer in the lipstick to create a silky smooth shine.

Clarins Rouge Ecat ($27, 3g) contains Anti- Age Defying lipsticks.  Just like the Joli Rouge, it has a creamy texture but with a matte finish.  This is also my first orangey lipstick which I have found I do love the colour on my skin tone.  I have also heard the orange is popular for this season.  I think my mom would love this lipstick line.  She loves creamy lipsticks with added benefits.

I definitely recommend trying Clarins lipsticks if anyone is looking for great lip product to wear. Clarins lipsticks are available online, The Bay, Sears, and selected Shoppers Drug Mart.
