Nicole by OPI: Modern Family ~ Review

Modern Family is known to be one of the funniest comedy shows around, which became the "sixteenth-highest revenue-generating show for 2010, earning $1.6 million an episode." Wikipedia




Nicole by OPI: Modern Family is one of their newest collections for 2013.  These 14 new nail lacquers are inspired by Modern Family and "captures the show's colourful personalities" and spirit.  This collection consist of a range of shades from pastel to bright colours.  Each "shades represents each of these uniquely fabulous women - and everyone else in the blended family."


Swatches:
My Jay or The Highway!

Base coat - I Do De-Claire!
Top coat - She's Lily Something

I really like combining "I Do De-Claire!" and "She's Lily Something".  It is a gorgeous pink that makes me feel all girly and pretty.  The glittery stars add a nice touch to finish off my nails.  I can't wait to wear this during the coming Spring and Summer months.  I could wear these colours all the time.

Nicole by OPI: Modern Family collection "contains no DBP, Toluene, Formaldehyde and its formulas are long-lasting, fast-drying, and salon-quality."  Available in stores, Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Jean Coutu, Loblaw, London Drugs, for a limited of time on January 2013 for suggested retail price of $10.99.

    What a great idea to layer "I Do De-Claire!" and "She's Lily Something". It looks great and these colours really pop, as with all OPI!

    Your nails look really nice and I would definitely do this too. Pink is my favourite colour and the added little stars make it stand right out. Very pretty!

    I've got "Am I making myself Claire?" and the promo photo really doesn't do it justice. Anyways, your picks are adorable! "My Jay or the Highway" looks like a great nude tone :)

    Heard of the show, never seen it (don't have tv). Love nail polish, it's the only "make-up I wear". I like pink and coral colours.

    Some great colours in the Modern Family, OPI always has such great ideas for new colours. I especially like She's Lily Something, adds a bit of fun to the colour :-)
