Before this review I have never used Cetaphil and I have no idea why. I should have been using this product eons ago. It could have helped during severe teenage outbreaks. Then again alot of things could have helped too...C'est La Vie.
I had the opportunity to try Cetaphil Oil Control Foam Wash and the Oil Control Moisturizer with SPF 30 and I thought both were fantastic and has become my new routine as of late. Where have they been all my life?
The Oil Control Foam Wash removes excess oil to help improve the skin's appearance leaving all my skin all nice and clean. The foam wash is super gentle and I never thought it would be enough to clean my skin. I was mistaken and blown away by how my face feels so clean and refreshed after the wash. It is so gentle it won't dry out your face. Dry skin leaves cracks and that is where dirt gets trapped that caused those terrible acne.
I have been using the Oil Control Moisturizer with SPF 30 daily. It is a 3-in-1 moisturizer provides hydration, shine control and UVA/UVB sun protection. I love the fact it has SPF 30 and it is so light I could bearly tell I am wearing any. No one wants to feel they are wearing sunscreen on their face. It feels gross and oily. Not only does it protect my skin, but I love how my skin feels hydrated after I apply the moisturizer. I have the major issue of my skin getting oily after a few hours. This helps with my shine on my "T" zone a hour or so which is a lot better without any. It is Non-comedogenic, Non-greasy, clinically proven, non-irritating, waterbased and oil free.
They were so good they have been voted as the 2013 best product of the year. The two products were designed to be used together to give the best oil control and reduce the appearance on the skin.
A few of my friends and family also had the opportunity to try Oil Control Foam Wash (50ml) Oil Control Moisturizer (7ml) trial kit. They all like the scent and noticed how gentle the foam wash is. My brother really like the moisturizer. He noticed that it controlled his shine alot longer than normal. My sister in law did like the Oil Control Foam Wash but will stick with her Cetaphil's Daily Facial Wash. She does not have acne issues like I do - lucky her.
I am so excited to give one of my readers an sample kit of the DermaControl Oil Control Moisturizer (7ml) and Foam Wash (50ml).
