Checking out Scarlet & Julia Online Beauty Destination ~ #Review

I am a pro online shopper for beauty products.  I have found it to be so much easier to discover new products and get some pretty amazing deals when shopping online.   I am not a big fan dragging my kids to do some shopping.  My daughters are still too young to be interested in makeup but give a few more year I will be taking my oldest daughter under my wing and teaching her all that I know.  In the meantime, I love shopping at the comfort of my home while the kids are asleep.  I don't feel rushed and no kids are making a mess at the display.  A few months ago I noticed Scarlet & Julia web ads and had no idea what it was until I was sent a package to try them out.

It is no surprise that after I login, the first area I noticed was their beauty outlet section.   I always love to find great bargains, especially beauty products.  It is not very often I find luxury brand name beauty products go on sale or has any discounts.    You can save up to 70% off which I never heard of unless I get a special invite to the brand warehouse sales which of course never happens.  Every time I visit this section, it changes all the time.  It is like Costco, it maybe there one day but it does not necessary be there again a week later.  The site is easy to use and upon sign up, I automatically receive 100 points which is equivalent to $0.50 which I could use on my first order.  It is free shipping and a free sample if I spend over $75+.  I do wish it is lower but I could see how easy it is to spend $75+.  If you don't, the shipping cost is under $5.

Their loyalty program  gives you 5% in S&J credits applicable on your next purchase. Also, 1% of their sales is donated to Look Good Feel Better, an organization that supports women battling cancer.

Don't expect your shipment to arrived immediately.  I placed an order on January 13th and I didn't received it until January 21st.  I was not in a rush to get the products.  When my package arrived, it came in a pretty black box and paper stuffings.  It even came with a free sample.  If I find another great deal on their site, of course I would shop at Scarlet & Julia again.

  1. This is a really neat sounding company! I like that the shipping is so low if you don't spend $75 - huge shipping costs are often a big deterrent for me for online shopping.

  5. I've not heard of Scarlet & Julia before but I must say I much prefer going to shops to buy things where I can actually see colours or feel a product.
