The Body Shop Wild Argan Oil ~ #Review

I use to love Fall until this year because it means winter is coming and I am not looking forward to it.   Last winter was so bad I was happy to see Spring. When season changes so does the care for my skin. I had not turned on the furnace yet but when I do it means dry heat which creates dry itchy skin. The most products I have been seeing in the market are products with Argan Oil. They are known to perform miracles to skin and hair. I can't wait to try The Body Shop Wild Argan Oil on my dehydrated skin.

The Body Shop Wild Argan Oil

Precious handpicked Moroccan wild argan oil. Deep in the foothills of the Atlas mountains in Morocco grows the wild Argan tree – the only area in the world where it thrives naturally.

Here, local Berber women hand-pick and meticulously hand-crack the best quality nuts, which are then slowly pressed to extract the purest, most radiant oil.

For centuries, the Berber women have used Argan oil, traditionally as part of their hammam beauty rituals, to protect and nourish their skin and hair from the harsh Saharan winds and fierce sun. It is rich in essential fatty acids – including linoleic acid (Omega 6) – and natural tocopherols, making it a superior skin-nourishing ingredients and earning it the title “Queen of Oils”.

The Collection:
Body Butter (200ml, $20)
The Radiant Oil (125ml, $20)
Bubbling Bath (250ml, $12)
Rough Scrub (200ml, $20)
Body Lotion (250ml, $12)
Shower Gel (250ml, $9)
Massage Soap (150g, $6)
Miracle Solid Oil (50g, $14)
Solid Oil Lips (20ml, $6)

I love applying the Wild Argon Oil to hydrate my skin. I have found it softens my dehydrated skin into more healthy looking skin. I love applying the Radiant Oil on my legs and tips of my hair because they are usually the driest. Don’t use too much because a little goes a long way. Don’t want your hair to feel greasy. My legs get tortured with all the shaving and tanning this past summer so now it is time to recoup for abit and applying The Radiant Oil to make my legs less itchy and dry.

I had recently finished my The Body Shop's Honey Body Butter just a few days ago and I am so glad to receive the Wild Argan Oil. Lately I have been keeping The Body Shop Body butter at my desk at the office. My hands are often dry and The Body Shop’s body butter helps hydrate them. The Body Shop Wild Argan Oil has a nutty scent and the texture is the same as all their body butter.  My coworker came by my desk and wondered why I smelled so good.  I told her it was the The Body Shop Wild Argan Oil Body Butter.  She was surprised and by the looks of it, she might go and check it out. The shower gel has the same nutty scent and my skin feels wonderful after using it in the shower.  My whole bathroom smells wonderful and the scent relaxes me.

The Body Shop Wild Argan Oil is in stores and online.
