PGX part 1~ Review

After so many years, my weight still bounces around.  It always happens that during my maternity leave I was able to lose most of the baby weight I have gained, even it was over 50+ pounds for each kid.  I am always running around, doing things, on the go, go, go.  Now that I am back to work, I have slowly gained weight.

I believe every one has heard of PGX or seen them in the drug stores.  I kinda knew it was for weight loss but haven't looked them up until now.  PGX has offered to let me to try them out for 3 months using their soft gels, whey protein powder, and daily granules.  I couldn't wait to try them out since I will be using them during the spring and summer when I am jogging again.

What is PGX?
In plain English, a plant fiber that is grounded down that expands in water to make you fuller and less hungry.  It also helps to control your sugar level that leads to less snacking and cravings.  The key to make this work is to drink plenty of water.  It is not a diet pill but an assistance to weight loss plan or diet to work better.

Understand that there is no way for me to lose the amount of weight I want in a few short weeks.  It will be a process and adjustment to once again daily exercise and consume only 1,200 calories per day.

I have started a routine of running at least three times a week as well as taking PGX 3 times a day.   The running was tough since I haven't run for at least two years and getting back to it was rough.  All I can do is do shorter routes and then add to it as I get back into the groove of things.  All I can do is one pound at a time.

I will keep you posted on the progress.
